- We aim to process all orders within 3-5 working days.
 

- UK delivery via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (UK) 1-3 working days after your order is processed.
- £3.99 per 2kg

- Rest of World delivery via Royal Mail International Tracked 5-7 working days after your order is processed.
- £12.99 upto 0.5kg
- £16.99 0.5 to 1kg
- £19.99 1kg and over

 

Your final delivery fee is automatically calculated for you at checkout.

Please note for international orders your domestic customs authorities may cause a delay to delivery if they should complete any other checks and we are not liable for any additional duties, taxes, charges or levies that may be applied by your customs authorities as part of any importation procedures.



returns:

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:
 

• The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase

• We cannot accept returns/exchanges after this 30 day period

• The product has not been used or worn (trying the item on is permitted).

• The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival.

• The product is lost in the postal service and there is no confirmation of delivery.
   

Please note we do not offer refunds on personalised items, initial shipping fees or the cost of shipping to return an item to us.
