SPEAK 2020 Client Commitment and Terms and Conditions

CONGRATULATIONS!

​

We are about to start an incredible journey together!

First we need to set out what we can expect from each other as well as some all-important T&Cs so you are clear about the programme you have purchased.

Please make note of the following standards and confirm your agreement by adding your signature at the bottom.  The delivery of the programme cannot start without this acceptance.

 

Your part of the deal:

​

  • It is important for both of us that I have your commitment and dedication to the achievement of your outcomes over the time that we are working together.

  • You are prepared to invest in yourself and meet your commitment with me, as agreed and on time, so that I can continue to provide the best service to you.

  • You will offer honest feedback at all times and discuss any concerns you have with me directly.

  • You accept that the programme you have committed to is dependent on you using the tools that I give you and taking the action necessary to get you the results.

  • You are committed to keeping all your appointments with me and will be prepared to give at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep an appointment. 

  • You will keep details of our work together confidential (apart from providing testimonials and referring me to others) and agree not to share any content or information outside of our sessions.

  • You accept that all content has copyright to Dani Wallace. Any breaches will result in legal action.

  • You will be realistic with your expectations of me and of yourself.

  • You will be prepared to work to achieve your goals and accept that this might feel uncomfortable at times. Please trust the process.

 

 

My part of the deal:

​

  • I will keep to our pre-booked appointments or give at least 24 hours’ if I am unable to keep an appointment. 

  • I will work with you 121 and as part of a group to help you achieve your outcomes.

  • You can access me in working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) if you need my help and will endeavour to respond within 24 hours, if not sooner.

  • I will always bring you my A Game.

  • I will be supporting you from a mindset and content point of view and help you deal with feeling uncomfortable as you make changes.

  • I will be there to celebrate your wins as there will be many.

 

 

 Here’s what we’re going to do together:

​

  • Fortnightly 121 coaching calls to create the following:

    • YOUR Ultimate Ted/Tedx style talk - this is your “message worth spreading” (up to 18 mins)

    • Your bespoke keynote (30  - 60 min talk) This is your more generic business/mission message and teaching.

  • A Kick Ass Workshop to give your audience maximum value and outcomes.

  • A speaker sheet to help position and promote yourself like the pro you are.

  • Assistance with slide content and design

  • Help and support when pitching your talks

  • I will accompany you to a speaking event (paid or unpaid) with my awesome videographer then edited footage so you get your very own speaker show reel! (Travel and date permitting. International travel negotiable)

  • Group support with other #SPEAK2020 participants so we can link arms and seek speaking opportunities together.

  • QB PRO SPEAKER starter pack.

 

  • PROGRAMME COST   £2,997

  • Payment Plan option: Three payments of £1197

 

 

Small print and legal stuff

​

  • If you change your mind about taking part in the programme you have purchased from me, you have 14 days from the date you signed this commitment in which you can cancel it.

  • No refunds will be given after the statutory 14 day cooling off period.

  • If you pay in instalments and miss a payment, the entire balance remaining will then become due.

  • You accept that participation in, and completion of, this course does not guarantee any future paid speaking opportunities.

  • As you are one of the first ten to sign up to the programme, you will be invited to one of my Bee Heard Live events, either in Preston on 21st January 2020 or London on the 29th January 2020.

  • You will be responsible for your own travel costs.  If you are not able to attend either event, no alternative event will be offered.

  • You will also receive official IATQB merchandise and will contact you to arrange this.
